At 19:02 on August 19, 2025, the meteorological station of Luannan County continued to issue the yellow warning signal of rainstorm: short-term heavy rainfall has occurred in all towns and streets of our county in the past hour, and it is expected that the heavy rainfall will continue in the next three hours, with the maximum hourly rainfall intensity of more than 60 mm and the cumulative rainfall of 100 mm.
