栾川县气象台2025年11月15日19时50分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：预计未来48小时，耕莘街道、栾川乡、赤土店镇、合峪镇、潭头镇、三川镇、冷水镇、陶湾镇、石庙镇、庙子镇、狮子庙镇、白土镇、叫河镇、秋扒乡、重渡沟示范区最低气温将要下降10℃以上，最低气温将降至零下8℃到零下4℃，陆地平均风力可达5级以上，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防寒潮准备工作。2.农、林、养殖业应做好作物、树木与牲畜防冻害准备。3.有关部门应视情况调节居民供暖，燃煤取暖用户需注意防范一氧化碳中毒。4.有关单位和居民应注意防风，关好门窗，加固室外搭建物。5.个人应注意添衣保暖，老弱病人，特别是心血管病人、哮喘病人等对气温变化敏感的人群应减少外出。
