At 15:05 on June 11, 2026, the Liaoyuan Meteorological Observatory in Jilin Province issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: Currently, convective cloud clusters are forming and developing over our city. It is expected that in the next six hours, all townships (streets) in Longshan District, Xi an District, and High tech Development Zone in our city will have moderate to strong lightning activity, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents, and may be accompanied by strong convective weather such as hail.
