汉中市气象台2025年08月20日15时33分发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：预计未来6小时内汉台区、南郑区、城固县、洋县、勉县、西乡县、略阳县、宁强县、留坝县、佛坪县可能受雷雨大风影响，阵风可达7级或以上并伴有雷电，局地短时暴雨，小时雨量可达10毫米以上，请注意防范。

陕西省气象台2025年08月20日13时00分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：受低层切变和副热带高压外围暖湿气流共同影响，预计8月20日14时至8月21日14时，榆林东部部分、延安大部、宝鸡北部及西部、咸阳大部、铜川、渭南中北部、西安东部及南部、汉中局地、安康北部、商洛部分地方有大雨（25～50毫米），其中西安东部局地（阎良区、临潼区、蓝田县）、宝鸡北部局地（麟游县、千阳县）、咸阳北部局地（三原县、彬州市、旬邑县）、铜川局地（耀州区、宜君县）、渭南北部部分（韩城市、澄城县、合阳县、蒲城县、富平县、白水县）、延安东部及南部部分（宝塔区、黄陵县、黄龙县、宜川县、富县、子长市、延长县）、榆林东南部（绥德县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县）有暴雨（50～100毫米）。上述部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量20～40毫米，局地可达50毫米以上），宝鸡北部、咸阳北部、铜川大部、延安西部、榆林西部、商洛南部有雷暴大风，阵风可达8级（17.2m/s）以上；咸阳北部（旬邑县）、铜川西部（印台区、耀州区）、延安南部（黄陵县）有冰雹。未来24小时主雨带位于陕北南部、关中北部和东部、陕南东部，降水时间集中、雨强大、暴雨点分散、累计雨量大，具有夜间加强的特征。过程伴有强对流、致灾风险高，具有一定极端性。请相关部门研判雷电、短时强降水、风雹天气可能带来的风险，上述区县及其相邻县区需高度关注。

陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年08月19日19时40分发布第61期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年08月19日20时至2025年08月20日20时，榆林市榆阳区、横山区、绥德县、米脂县、佳县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县、神木市等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,延安市宝塔区、安塞区、延长县、延川县、志丹县、甘泉县、富县、宜川县、子长市，榆林市靖边县，汉中市宁强县等县（市、区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

陕西省气象台2025年08月19日10时00分升级发布高温黄色预警：受副热带高压影响，预计8月19日陕北黄河沿线、关中平原、陕南河谷部分地方有35℃以上的高温天气，其中西安中北部、宝鸡中部局地、咸阳南部、渭南中部、延安东部局地、榆林东部局地、汉中河谷局地、安康河谷局地最高气温可达37℃以上，西安北部局地、渭南西部局地最高气温可达40℃。8月20日陕北黄河沿线局地、关中平原大部、陕南河谷部分地方有35℃以上的高温天气，其中西安北部部分、咸阳南部部分、渭南中部局地、安康河谷局地最高气温可达37℃以上。
