连云区气象台2025年12月01日17时40分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受强冷空气影响，预计2-4日我区大部分街道（乡）、连云港港区和连云开发区等地48小时最低气温将下降8℃左右，3日和4日最低气温-1~-2℃，有冰冻，冷空气影响期间将出现陆上6级左右，近海海面8级左右偏北阵风，区气象局、应急局联合提醒注意防范。
