At 17:48 on November 15, 2025, the Lianyungang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most streets (townships), Lianyungang Port Area, and Lianyungang Development Zone in our district will drop by 9-10 ℃ in 48 hours from November 16 to 18. The lowest temperature on the 18th and 19th will be 0-1 ℃. From the afternoon of the 16th to the daytime of the 17th, there will be strong winds of level 5 to 7 on land and level 8 to 9 in the sea near the coast. The district meteorological bureau and emergency bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention.
