At 07:59 on December 31, 2025, the Wuwei Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that within 48 hours, due to snowfall and low temperature weather, there will be road icing in Liangzhou District, which will have adverse effects on traffic.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
