林周县气象局2026年3月28日09时10分发布道路结冰黄色预警信号： 预计：未来24小时林周县仍有雨雪天气，雪后伴有4～8摄氏度降温；G561恰拉段、S303旁多-唐古段、X110当雄县龙仁乡-唐古乡、X109旁多乡日布村-唐古仍存在道路积雪、结冰，对道路交通安全影响较大，请加强防范。 防御措施： 1、建议应急、交通、公安、城管等有关部门做好道路积雪结冰应对工作； 2、驾驶人员须请采取防滑措施，安全驾驶； 3、老人、儿童外出时要注意安全，以免因道路结冰打滑导致伤残。
