西藏那曲市气象台12月22日17时00分发布大风黄色预警信号：预计22日18时至23日18时，我市大部有8级以上大风，其中聂荣、安多、尼玛、双湖，巴青西北部和索县北部风力将达9至10级，期间易出现扬沙、浮尘天气。防御措施：1.大风、扬沙天气将对公路、铁路等交通运输以及市政、电力、通讯、能源设施造成不利影响，相关部门需采取防范措施；2.牧区做好牲畜棚圈、临时搭建物等牧业设施的加固，就近放牧，远离河湖、悬崖等危险区；3.天干物燥,需继续做好城镇和草原防风防火工作；4.加强输电线路巡查。
