山东省气象台于3月3日16时00分继续发布陆地大雾黄色预警：预计3日夜间到4日早晨，聊城、德州、滨州、东营、济南、泰安、淄博、潍坊、济宁、临沂和烟台的部分地区仍有能见度低于500米的浓雾，局部地区能见度不足200米。
