At 05:12 on August 23, 2025, Lanping County Meteorological Station issued a blue rainstorm warning signal: 40.1mm precipitation occurred at Desheng Station, Tongdian Town, 31.9mm precipitation occurred at Tongdian Station, 31.4mm precipitation occurred at Xiadian Station, Tongdian Town, and rainstorm will occur in Tongdian, Hexi, Jinding, Cuiping, Lajing, Shideng and other villages (towns and streets) in the next six hours.
