At 20:25 on November 17, 2025, the Hongta District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, due to the influence of strong cold air, the daily average temperature in the urban area, Chunhe, Xiaoshiqiao, Liqi, Beicheng, Daying Street, Gaocang, Yanhe, and Luohe of Hongta District will drop by more than 6 ℃, and the lowest temperature in high-altitude areas will be less than or equal to 5 ℃. Please take measures to prevent cold and keep warm.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
