At 11:35 am on December 13, 2025, the Heyang County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of rain, snow, and low temperature weather, it is expected that in the next 12 hours, some areas of Heichi Town, Lujing Town, Qiachuan Town, Hejiazhuang Town, Bailiang Town, Ganjing Town, Jinyu Town, Tongjiazhuang Town, Xinchi Town, Fang Town, Wangcun Town, and Chengguan Street in our county may experience road icing that affects traffic. Please take precautions.

Description

When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.

At 17:08 on December 11, 2025, the Heyang County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the lowest temperature in Heichi Town, Lujing Town, Hejiazhuang Town, Wangcun Town, Bailiang Town, Ganjing Town, Jinyu Town, Tongjiazhuang Town, Qiachuan Town, Xinchi Town, Fang Town, and Chengguan Street in our county will drop by more than 8 ℃ in the next 48 hours, and the lowest temperature during the process will appear in the morning of the 13th or 14th, reaching -10 to -6 ℃. In addition, during the cooling period, there will be gusts of 6-8 levels, which can locally reach 8 levels or above. Please take precautions.

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险红色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅12月10日10时30分联合发布设施农业雪灾、低温灾害风险预警：预计12月11日至13日，我省有一次大范围雨雪强降温大风天气过程，主要降雪在11日傍晚至12日夜间。预计最低气温陕北、关中西部出现在13日清晨，关中东部、陕南出现在14日清晨。此次寒潮雨雪天气过程易导致部分温室大棚遭受雪压垮塌，棚内蔬菜受冻。其中11-12日陕北东部设施农业出现雪灾的风险较高（黄色预警）；12-15日榆林东部、延安东部局地、渭北北部、宝鸡西部和南部、秦巴山区、商洛北部设施农业低温灾害风险较高（黄色预警），榆林东北部、延安东部局地、渭北西部局地、宝鸡西部和南部局地、商洛东北部和西南部局地设施农业低温灾害风险高（橙色预警），神木西部、榆阳区东部、延川东部和延长西部局地、宜君东部、耀州北部局地、旬邑东北部、陈仓西部、陇县西南部、麟游南部、眉县南部局地低温灾害风险很高（红色预警）。建议上述设施农业种植区提前加固棚体，加盖防寒物，及时清除棚体积雪，防止设施垮塌受损、棚内蔬菜受冻；科学调控棚内温湿度，并做好增温补光、肥水管理，同时加强作物病虫害防控。
