The average wind speed in coastal areas will reach level 8, with gusts of 9-10, and the average wind speed in inland areas will reach level 6, with gusts of 7-8, accompanied by heavy precipitation and lightning. Relevant units and personnel are requested to take preventive measures, and it is recommended that kindergartens suspend classes.
