改则县气象台2026年3月12日12时51分发布大风黄色预警信号：受高空急流影响，预计3月12日13时至3月13日01时，我县大部地方有大风8～9级，阵风10～12级。防御措施：1.大风天气易造成高空坠物事件，需加固维护设施大棚、帐篷等户外搭建物，公众外出注意采取相应的防范工作。2.大风、扬沙等天气对公路交通运输以及电力、通讯设施、重大工程建设影响较大，相关部门应采取措施，保障安全。3.牧区需合理安排放牧活动，避免在河湖危险区域放牧，确保人员、牲畜安全；牧区需加强野外火源管理，城乡居民注意用电用火安全。
