On September 16, 2025, the Water Affairs Bureau and the Meteorological Bureau of Weinan City jointly issued a meteorological risk warning for flash floods: it is expected that from 10:00 on September 16 to 10:00 on September 17, Linwei District, Fuping County, Dali County, Pucheng County, Chengcheng County, Heyang County, and Baishui County have a high possibility of flash floods (yellow warning); Huazhou District, Huayin City, Tongguan County, and Hancheng City may experience flash floods (blue warning). Guidelines

2. Residents in dangerous areas and dangerous houses, as well as ships, should take shelter from the wind. Never take shelter from rain under trees, electric poles, or tower cranes, and turn off mobile phones when lightning occurs;

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

7. Pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and gales reported by the relevant media and relevant windbreak notices, and students stay in a safe place;

8. Secure doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, temporary structures and other structures that are easily blown by the wind. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible, and properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by thunderstorms and gales.

陕西省气象台2025年09月15日16时30分发布暴雨蓝色预警：受低槽和副热带高压外围暖湿气流共同影响，预计09月15日20时至16日20时，西安南部、宝鸡南部部分和北部局地、咸阳北部局地、铜川东部局地、渭南部分、延安东部局地、榆林南部局地、汉中部分、安康中部、商洛部分地方有大雨（25～50毫米），其中宝鸡南部局地（凤县）、渭南局地（韩城市、华阴市、华州区、潼关县）、汉中西部及南部（南郑区、城固县、西乡县、略阳县、镇巴县、宁强县、留坝县）、安康东部局地（平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市、白河县）、商洛北部局地（洛南县）有暴雨（50～90毫米）。上述部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量10～30毫米，个别点40毫米以上），个别点有雷暴大风或小冰雹等强对流天气。降水雨强较大、暴雨点分散，具有夜间加强的特点，发生山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城市暴雨积涝气象风险较高，上述区县及其相邻区县也需加强灾害隐患点等排查，做好次生灾害防御以及交通、旅游等安全管理工作。
