At 20:14 on January 23, 2026, Foping County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Currently, the road surface temperature in the following areas is below 0 ℃, and due to the previous rain and snow cooling weather, it is expected that there may be road icing affecting traffic in high-altitude mountainous areas (above 800 meters above sea level) of our county in the next 24 hours: Daheba Town, Shidunhe Town, Xichahe Town, Chenjiaba Town, Yuanjiazhuang Street, Yueba Town, and Changjiaoba Town. Please pay attention to prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
