At 14:50 on November 24, 2025, the Fengjie County Meteorological Observatory issued a "blue warning signal for strong winds". It is expected that from 14:50 on November 24 to 2:50 on November 25, 28 townships including Kuimen, Caotang, Baidi, Kangle, Fenhe, Yanwan, Xinmin, Chang an, Yongle, Fengping, Hefeng, Kuizhou, Yong an, Yufu, Kangping, Dashu, Ping an, Qinglian, Gongping, Zhuyi, Hongtu, Shigang, Zhuyuan, Xinglong, Qinglong, Wuma, Anping, Jiagao may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with gusts of up to level 7 or above. It is requested to strengthen prevention measures. Defense Guide: 1. Close doors and windows, and do not go out unless necessary. Properly dispose of outdoor storage items such as window sills and balconies. 2. Suspend outdoor high-altitude operations. Do not linger in dangerous areas such as glass doors and windows, billboards, scaffolding, tower cranes, cable bridges, cableways, cable cars, etc; Reinforce structures such as enclosures and sheds. 3. Vehicles and ships should take shelter measures when driving. 4. Relevant departments at all levels shall carry out wind prevention and response work in accordance with their responsibilities.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible, and do not stay under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when the wind is blowing;

5. Relevant departments and units pay attention to the fire prevention of forests and grasslands.
