At 11:30 am on March 19, 2026, the Dulan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the impact of snowfall weather, road icing has occurred in Chahanwusu Town, Xiariha Town, Xiangride Town, Zongjia Town, Rehui Township, Balong Township, Xiangjia Township, and Gouli Township, which has caused sustained impact on traffic. It is expected to continue from 11:30 am on March 19 to 11:30 am on March 20. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.

1. The transportation, public security and other departments shall prepare for road icing in accordance with their duties;
2. Drivers should pay attention to road conditions and drive safely;
