黑龙江省自然资源厅和黑龙江省气象局7月14日20时20分联合发布地质灾害气象风险黄色和蓝色预警: 预计7月14日20时20分至7月15日20时00分，东宁市发生地质灾害风险较高（黄色预警），宁安市、穆棱市、五常市、绥芬河市、鸡东县、密山市、饶河县有一定风险发生地质灾害（蓝色预警）。请注意防范强降雨引发的崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害，做好监测预警和转移避险等工作。

东宁市气象台2026年7月14日19时45分将暴雨黄色预警信号升级为暴雨橙色预警信号：过去3小时老黑山镇周边降雨量已达30-50毫米，预计老黑山镇、大肚川镇、道河镇仍将有50-80毫米降水，请做好防范工作。
