At 23:07 on September 18, 2025, Heze Meteorological Station issued a blue warning signal for rainstorm in Mudan District and Luxi New Area: at present, more than 30mm of precipitation has occurred in Wanghaotun, Helou and Malinggang. It is estimated that more than 50mm of precipitation will occur in Wanghaotun, Helou and Malinggang from tonight to tomorrow morning, and 30~50mm of precipitation will also occur in other towns and streets in Mudan District and Luxi New Area. Please take precautions!
