At 13:00 on September 30, 2025, the Dinghai District Meteorological Observatory of Zhoushan City updated and issued an orange warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds: Due to the influence of thunderstorm clouds, there have been 11 level thunderstorm and strong winds at Damao Station in Huannan Street, Dinghai. It is expected that there will be thunderstorms and strong winds of 10-11 levels in all towns (streets) and the southern sea area of Dingnan in our district from noon to afternoon (13-15 pm) today, and hail may occur in some parts of the southern area near Huannan Street. Please stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.

At 12:40 on September 30, 2025, the meteorological observatory of Dinghai District, Zhoushan City issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal: Affected by thunderstorm clouds, 20-40mm precipitation has occurred in the vicinity of Xiaosha, Cengang, Ma ao and other towns (streets) in our district since 11:00 today, and 44.0mm of Sanjiang Wharf Station in the largest Ma ao Street. It is estimated that there will still be 20-40mm precipitation in all towns (streets) in our district from noon to afternoon today, and 50mm precipitation in some areas. The accumulated rainfall can reach rainstorm. Please take rainproof measures and stay away from high-risk areas such as low-lying areas prone to flooding and geological hazards.

Guidelines
