At 13:30 on April 3, 2026, the Dinghai District Meteorological Observatory of Zhoushan City updated and issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the development of low pressure, a level 9 southerly wind has appeared in the Dinghai sea area. It is expected that the Dinghai sea area and all towns (streets) in our district will experience a southeast to south wind of 7-8 levels with gusts of 9 levels, and a northwest wind of 6-7 levels with gusts of 8 levels in the middle of the night. Please stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore ships.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
