At 12:15 on February 5, 2026, the Daocheng County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Jijia Town, Geka Township, Mengzi Township, Chitu Township, Mula Township, Dengpo Township, Julong Township, Gatong Town, Shengmu Township, Sangdui Town, Shangri La Town, Jinzhu Town and other towns in Daocheng County will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 8 or above or gusts of 9 or above.
