四川省气象台2025年09月28日15时45分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：9月28日20时到29日20时：达州大部，巴中、南充2市东部，广安西部有暴雨（雨量50～80毫米），局地大暴雨（雨量120～150毫米），最大小时雨强20～50毫米。凉山州北部，雅安、乐山2市南部，宜宾西部有大雨到暴雨（雨量30～70毫米），个别大暴雨（雨量100～120毫米）。今天下午到晚上：广元，绵阳、德阳、成都3市东部，巴中、南充、遂宁、资阳4市西部有4~6级偏北风，局地风力可达7级或以上。相关区域请注意强降雨引发的小流域山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水等风险的发生，注意预防。
