At 20:41 on December 24, 2025, the Daguan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that in the next 12 hours, some sections of roads in towns and villages above 1800 meters above sea level such as Shanggaoqiao, Jing an, Yuwan, and Mugan in Daguan County will experience road icing and transmission line icing, which will have adverse effects on road traffic and power operation. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
