崇信县气象台2026年03月21日18时08分发布大风蓝色预警信号：截至目前，黄土寺已出现8级阵风，预计24小时内，我县锦屏镇、黄寨镇、柏树镇、黄花乡、木林乡、新窑镇、五举农场部分地方将出现5～6级偏北风，局地阵风可达8级以上，并伴有扬沙或浮尘，请注意防范。
