At 16:48 on November 17, 2025, the Changshun County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the lowest temperature in towns (streets) such as Guangshun, Baiyun Mountain, and Changzhai in our county will drop by more than 8 ℃ in the next 24 hours, and the lowest temperature will drop below 4 ℃. Please take precautions.

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
