宾阳县气象台14日18时5分发布暴雨橙色预警信号：17时以来，宾阳县黎塘镇已出现40毫米以上的强降雨，预计未来3小时宾阳县黎塘、和吉、洋桥、甘棠、露圩等大部乡镇仍将有25-35毫米，局地45毫米以上的强降雨，并伴有雷电、短时大风，山洪地质灾害气象风险大，请防范。
