白朗县气象台2025年3月31日13时05分发布大风黄色预警信号： 预计:3月31日14时至4月1日02时，我县有8～9级大风，巴扎乡、洛江镇、强堆乡阵风10～11级，局地伴有沙尘、扬沙天气。 防御措施： 1.大风、浮尘和扬沙天气对公路等交通运输以及电力、通讯设施、城市运行有不利影响，相关部门应采取措施保障安全。 2.做好设施农业、临时搭建物、户外悬挂物等的防风加固。 3.林区、草场、城区注意用火安全，加强防火工作。 4.公众外出注意采取相应的防范措施。
