At 10:06 am on March 13, 2026, the Zuo Quan County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for blizzards, with the warning area covering all townships, towns (streets). It is expected that the snowfall in the warning area will exceed 5 millimeters in the next 24 hours. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should prepare for snow disasters and frost damage according to their responsibilities; 2. Transportation, railway, power, communication and other departments should conduct inspections and maintenance of roads, railways, and lines, and do a good job in road cleaning and snow melting; 3.
