诏安县气象台2026年09月02日19时13分继续发布台风蓝色预警信号：今年第18号台风“沙德尔”2日18时距离闽粤交界南偏东方向约150公里，中心附近最大风力8级（18米/秒，热带风暴级）。预计，“沙德尔”将以每小时5～10公里的速度向偏北方向移动，强度变化不大，3日凌晨开始逐渐转向西北方向移动，将于3日中午到4日早晨在福建漳浦到广东惠来一带沿海登陆（热带风暴级），登陆后将很快减弱。受其影响，预计未来24小时我县部分乡镇有7～9级阵风，沿海海区和渔场最大风力7～8级、阵风9～10级。请注意防范台风大风的不利影响。

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
