At 11:41 am on November 16, 2025, the Heshui County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: affected by cold air, it is expected that within 48 hours, the lowest temperature in some towns and villages in our county, such as Xihuachi, Xiaozui, Jixian, Hejiapan, Banqiao, Tai e, Dianzi, Laocheng, Taibai, Gucheng, Duanjiaji, and Haozhupu, will drop by more than 8 ℃. Relevant units and personnel are requested to take precautions.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
