义乌市气象台2026年1月19日15时5分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：预计寒潮将于今天下午开始影响我市，受其影响，我市所有镇（街道）将有强降温、风力增大和低温雨雪天气过程，日平均气温过程降温幅度可达10～12℃，20日有雨夹雪或雪，局部山区有中到大雪，21～23日早晨气温较低，大部地区-1～-3℃，有冰冻，山区-4～-7℃，有严重冰冻。预计过程最大阵风4～6级，局部山区可达7级。请注意防范低温雨雪冰冻天气对交通、农业生产、能源保供、人体健康等的不利影响。
