At 13:28 on September 4, 2026, the Yiwu County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the night of the 4th to the night of the 5th, there will be gusts of up to level 7 in Yiwu County; Naomaohu Town, Naomaohu Town Development Zone, Kelsai Village, Tuhulu Township, Weizixia Township, Butterfly Valley, Xiamaya Township, and Kuotogayi gusts up to level 8; Qianshan Township, Shimogou Village, Talabulake Village, Mingsha Mountain, Yanchi Town, Altonggai Village, and Tierile Ga Village experienced gusts of up to level 9; Guanghui East Eighth District, Guotou Wind Energy, Baishihu, Sidao Baiyanggou Reservoir, and Naoliu Highway experienced gusts of up to 10 levels, with some areas experiencing sandstorms.
