The lowest temperature is expected to occur in the morning of the 2nd, with a minimum temperature of -12 to -10 ℃, mountainous areas dropping by -14 to -12 ℃, and some areas reaching -16 to -14 ℃. The average wind speed can reach level 5 or above in Chenlu Town, Sanlidong Street, Chengguan Street, Wangshiao Street, Guangyang Town, Yintai Street, Hongtu Town, Azhuang Town, and Jinsuoguan Town. 陕西省气象台2025年12月30日11时发布暴雪蓝色预警：预计12月30日20时至31日20时，榆林大部小到中雪（0.1～5毫米），延安、秦岭山区中到大雪（4～10毫米），关中西部和北部、陕南东部雨夹雪转中到大雪（4～10毫米），关中平原雨夹雪转小到中雪（2～5毫米），陕南河谷地区小到中雨（6～20毫米）转雨夹雪，巴山雨夹雪转中到大雪（4～10毫米）。延安南部局地（黄陵县）、关中西北部部分（麟游县、千阳县、陇县、彬州市、旬邑县、长武县、耀州区、宜君县）、商洛部分（商州区、洛南县、山阳县、镇安县、丹凤县、柞水县）、秦巴山区部分地方（鄠邑区、蓝田县、周至县、陈仓区、太白县、凤县、镇巴县、留坝县、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市、白河县）有暴雪（10～20毫米）。新增积雪深度：榆林南部、关中东部和南部2～5厘米，延安、关中西部和北部、陕南东部、秦巴山区5～8厘米，秦巴山区东段局地可达8～11厘米。此次过程雨雪范围广、相态复杂，秦巴山区西段局地（太白县、周至县、南郑区）有冻雨或冰粒，受其影响，尤其是延安南部局地、关中西部和北部、商洛部分地方、秦巴山区有暴雪灾害高风险和低温雨雪冰冻风险，需防范降雪、道路积雪结冰等对交通、设施农业等的影响。
