新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年1月23日15时58分将寒潮蓝色升级为寒潮橙色预警信号：预计今天夜间至明天夜间，北疆西部北部、天山北坡、巴州北部、哈密市北部等地的最低气温将下降12～16℃，局地下降16℃以上，出现强寒潮。请加强防范。
