At 20:25 on January 11th, the Yilan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road ice and snow: it is expected that there will be snowfall in the entire county from the 12th to the 13th. Due to the impact of snowfall, various towns and villages in our county will experience road icing or snow accumulation that will have a negative impact on traffic, and some sections will be blocked by snow. During the snowfall period, there will be gusts of 5-7 levels, with some areas reaching 8 levels. There will be wind blowing snow, and visibility will be low. Please take precautions.
