The Yilan County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 13:10 on October 27th: It is expected that during the daytime from October 27th to 28th, the wind in various towns and villages in our county will be strong, with an average wind force of 4-5 levels, gusts of 6-7 levels, and locally 8 levels. The strong winds will also cause a decrease in temperature, with a cooling range of 4-6 ℃. Please pay attention to prevention.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
