忻府区气象台2025年12月18日18时42分继续发布道路结冰黄色预警信号，预警区域：所有乡、镇（街道）。预警区域内部分地区仍存在对交通有影响的道路结冰，且预计未来24小时内仍然持续。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1.交通、公安等部门要按照职责做好道路结冰应对准备工作；2.驾驶人员应当注意路况，安全行驶；3.行人外出尽量少骑自行车，注意防滑。
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
