西藏日喀则市气象台4月8日13时45分发布暴雪黄色预警信号： 预计：4月8日17时至9日17时，我市仲巴至亚东一线有小到中雪（雨）或雨夹雪，局地有大雪（雨），其中，吉隆中南部、聂拉木南部、定日南部、定结南部和亚东等地高海拔个别地方有暴雪（10.0～20.0毫米）。 防御措施： 1.政府及有关部门按照职责做好防雪灾和防冻害准备工作。 2.开展道路、铁路、电力、通讯等设施的巡查维护，做好道路清扫和积雪融化工作。 3.驾驶人员小心驾驶，车辆采取防滑措施。 4.农牧区储备应急粮草。 5.加固棚架等易被雪压的临时搭建物。
