黑龙江省防汛抗旱指挥部办公室、黑龙江省水利厅、黑龙江省气象局 6月14日9时联合发布山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警：预计6月14日9时-14日20时，克东、拜泉、海伦、绥棱、北安、逊克有一定风险发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请密切关注天气形势及雨水情变化，加强分析研判，及时向有关乡镇、村发布预警信息并按有关规定做好叫应工作。加强巡查排险，必要情况下提前组织危险区群众转移，确保人民群众生命安全。

佳木斯市气象台6月13日15时53分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：佳木斯市城区各街道（乡、镇）13日夜间至14日白天可能受大风影响，平均风力3～4级，阵风7级以上，请注意防范。

Guidelines
