The hazardous conditions will likely impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will begin to overspread the area from south to north this morning into the early afternoon. The steadiest and heaviest snow is expected this afternoon through tonight where snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will be common. Where any bands of heavier snow develop, snowfall rates could reach 2 to 4 inches per hour for a time. Snow will become lighter by Monday morning and continue for much of the day before ending early Monday evening.
