【预警信息发布中心】同心县自然资源局与同心县气象局2025年10月16日10时50分联合发布地质灾害气象风险黄色预警：10月1日以来，全县累计降水量在21.6～75.6毫米。预计16日下午到夜间，同心县南部乡镇累计降水量达10～20毫米，北部乡镇为0.1～10毫米。为此，同心县自然资源局与同心县气象局2025年10月16日10时50分联合发布地质灾害气象风险三级预警（黄色预警）。预计10月16日11时到18日08时，全县地质灾害气象风险较高，需注意防范。

It is expected that all townships and development zones in Tongxin County will experience 4-5 level northwest winds and gusts of 7-9 level from day to night on the 16th. Relevant departments and the general public are advised to take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;
