At 16:17 on November 7, 2024, the Tacheng Regional Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that from tonight to tomorrow day, Tacheng City, Emin County, Yumin County, Tori County, Hebuxer County, Wusu City, Shawan City, and various regiments of the 9th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps will experience rainy, snowy, and cooling weather. The road surface temperature will drop below 0 ℃, and there may be road icing that affects traffic. Please strengthen prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
