At 20:00 on December 28th, Harbin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: the lowest temperature in the main urban area and most of the districts and counties (cities) will drop by 8-12 ℃ on the 29th and 30th. The lowest temperature at night on the 30th will be -34~-30 ℃ in Hulan, Bayan, Mulan, Tonghe, and Yanshou, and -29~-25 ℃ in other areas. Please take precautions.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
