At 13:29 on June 16, 2025, the Kashgar Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for high temperatures: it is expected that from the daytime of June 17 to the daytime of June 25, most parts of the Kashgar Plain will experience high temperatures of over 35 ℃. Among them, Kashgar, Yuepu Lake, Bachu, and Maigai mentioned that the highest temperature in the desert edge area can reach over 37 ℃. The public and relevant departments are advised to take precautions.

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年6月16日12时45分将高温黄色升级为高温橙色预警信号:预计今天午后至20日白天,天山北坡、南疆盆地、东疆等地的部分区域最高气温将升至37℃以上,其中博州东部、塔城地区南部、克拉玛依市、石河子市北部、昌吉州西部、乌鲁木齐市北部、喀什地区东部、和田地区北部、阿克苏地区南部、吐鲁番市、哈密市南部等地的局部区域将达40℃以上,吐鲁番市局地可达45℃。请注意防暑降温和用火安全,加强防范山区局地融雪型洪水。
