At 08:33 on January 17, 2026, the Leshan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for heavy fog: Tashui Town, Hulu Town, Yuxi Town, Niushi Town, Fulu Town, Taiping Town, Jiannong Town, Shawan Town, Tonghe Street in Shawan District, Haitang Street, Tongjiang Street, Pingxing Town, Jianfeng Town, Mouzi Town, Yuelai Town, Dafo Street, Quanfu Street, Mianzhu Town, Angu Town, Shuikou Town, Suji Town, Qingping Town, Maoqiao Town, Baima Town, Tuzhu Town, Lvxin Street and other towns (streets) in Shizhong District may experience fog with visibility less than 500 meters or have already appeared within 12 hours.
