福建省自然资源厅、福建省气象局于2026年09月03日17时14分16秒联合发布地质灾害气象风险橙色预警：2026年09月03日20时至2026年09月04日20时福州市的仓山区、长乐区、福清市等，平潭综合实验区，莆田市的城厢区、涵江区、荔城区等，三明市的大田县、将乐县、尤溪县，泉州市的安溪县、德化县、惠安县等，漳州市的东山县、平和县等，龙岩市的上杭县、武平县，宁德市的福鼎市、蕉城区、柘荣县等地局部地区地质灾害发生的风险高（橙色预警），应做好值班值守、监测、巡查和防范，按有关规定及时组织危险性较大的地灾点和危险区域内的群众转移，确保人民生命安全。福州市的鼓楼区、台江区，厦门市的海沧区、湖里区、集美区等，三明市的明溪县、宁化县、清流县等，泉州市的丰泽区、晋江市、鲤城区等，漳州市的长泰区、华安县、龙海区等，南平市的延平区、政和县，龙岩市的长汀县、连城县、新罗区等，宁德市的福安市、古田县、屏南县等地局部地区地质灾害发生的风险较高（黄色预警），应加强对地质灾害点的监测和对高陡边坡、易发泥石流的沟口等易发区的巡查和防范，如果发现地灾险情应及时采取防灾避险措施，确保人民生命安全。

泉州市气象台2026年09月03日16时30分将台风黄色预警信号降级为台风蓝色预警信号：今年第18号台风“沙德尔”已于今天上午06时30分前后在福建省漳州市漳浦古雷沿海登陆，14时减弱为热带低压，中心位于广东省梅州市梅江区境内（北纬24.4度、东经116.3度）。预计，“沙德尔”将以每小时10公里左右的速度向西偏南方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。受其影响，今天我市沿海阵风可达7～9级。请注意防范！
