At 20:41 on November 23, 2025, the Shimian County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Caoke Township, Wanggangping Yi and Tibetan Township, Xinmin Township, Liziping Township, Huilong Town, and Anshunchang Town in Shimian County may experience road icing that affects traffic within 12 hours; Or there may be road icing that has already occurred and will continue to affect traffic. Vehicles passing by should pay attention to driving safety, and relevant departments should take measures to deal with road icing.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
