At 15:00 on September 11, 2025, the Shapotou District Water Bureau and Shapotou District Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a blue warning for the meteorological risk of mountain flood disasters: it is expected that scattered thunderstorms or showers will occur in Shapotou District from afternoon to night today, and some towns will be accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms, strong winds, hail, and short-term heavy precipitation (10-20 millimeters). To this end, the Shapotou District Water Bureau and Shapotou District Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a blue warning for the meteorological risk of flash floods. It is expected that from 15:00 to 20:00 on September 11, 2025, there may be flash floods in the areas of Changle Town, Yongkang Town, Xuanhe Town, Xiangshan Township, Xingren Town, Yingshuiqiao Town, Dongyuan Town, and Zhenluo Town in Shapotou District. All personnel in the above-mentioned jurisdiction are requested to immediately evacuate the channel, stay away from the flash flood channel and low-lying areas, and not linger in or around the flash flood channel. It is prohibited to pass through the flooded road surface after a flash flood occurs in the channel.
