西藏自治区气象局2025年10月31日17时30分继续发布暴雪黄色预警：预计10月31日20时至11月1日20时，林芝市、日喀则市、昌都市、那曲市、山南市南部和拉萨市北部有小到中雪（雨），其中嘉黎、江达、丁青、亚东北部、工布江达、波密和墨脱的高海拔山区有大到暴雪，局地有大暴雪（20～30毫米）,新增积雪深度4～15厘米；雪后上述地方有4～6摄氏度降温，局地降温幅度达8摄氏度以上。防御指南：1.需注意防范降雪降温天气对重大工程建设、交通运输、能源保供、电力设施、通讯设施、农牧业生产等带来的不利影响；2.强降水可能引发局地雪崩、滑坡等次生灾害，需做好道路沿线、陡峭边坡等灾害隐患点的巡查和安全管理工作。

4. The farming and pastoral areas and the planting and breeding industry should prepare enough feed and be prepared for snow disaster and frost damage;

5. Reinforce scaffolding and other temporary structures that are easily compressed by snow
