At 21:41 on October 23, 2025, the Ritu County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to snowfall weather, it is expected that G219 (Doma Quanshui Lake section) and some high altitude rural roads in the north of our county will be prone to snow accumulation, icing, and blowing from 22:00 on October 23 to 22:00 on October 24, which will have adverse effects on road traffic. Please strengthen prevention measures. Defense Guide: Currently, some sections of National Highway G219 (from Doma Township to Quanshui Lake) in our county have experienced snow and ice accumulation. Drivers should take anti-skid measures, follow instructions, and slow down. 2. Relevant departments such as transportation and public security should take measures to deal with road snow and ice accumulation. 3. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
